CRB Capital LLC’s real estate mortgage investment fund (mortgage pool) provides accredited investors with high yield opportunities on real estate assets through mortgage investment, direct investments and first deeds of trust.
By investing in the Fund, investors share in multiple trust deeds, thus providing significant diversification. The Fund also provides diversity to investors by spreading the risk across a variety of property types, geographies, loan amounts and loan to value ratios.
Mortgage pools allow investors to invest in multiple trust deeds with the bookkeeping convenience of a single investment. What’s more, there is no need to reinvest capital returned when loans are paid off; it can be automatically reinvested in new loans as long as your investment in the fund remains active.
Monthly dividends are provided to investors and investors have the option to reinvest their yields automatically.
Investment in individual trust deeds are locked in until the loan matures. But, membership units in the CRB Capital LLC Fund can typically be redeemed at any time after the initial 24 months (with appropriate notice as outlined in the PPM).
